NPC Opens Applications for 2025 Rey Perales Memorial Scholarship

The National Plasterers Council is now accepting applications for the 2025 Rey Perales Memorial Scholarship.

The scholarship honors Rey Perales’ legacy by helping students pursue higher education or trade school training. Eligibility is open to the legal children of employees of NPC member companies in good standing, regardless of membership category. Applicants must be at least high school seniors and no more than college juniors, though students currently enrolled in a master’s program are also eligible. The deadline to apply is Dec. 31.

Scholarship winners will be notified no later than Feb. 1, 2026, and formally recognized at the NPC Annual Conference that month. Awards range from $500 to $5,000; final award amounts and the number of recipients are determined each year by the NPC Scholarship Committee based on available funds.
