PHTA Launches 2024 Business Operations Survey Report
The Pool & Hot Tub Alliance announced the publication of its 2024 Business Operations Survey Report. This comprehensive report provides a detailed analysis of key operating data from across the pool and hot tub industry, offering critical benchmarking information for businesses of all sizes and sectors.
It is based on confidential surveys completed in the first quarter of 2025 by 368 PHTA members and nonmembers, representing a substantial portion of the pool, spa and hot tub industry.
A key feature of the report is that all participants receive a confidential Company Performance Report Card. This personalized document compares a company’s metrics against industry norms for sales growth, profit, assets, debt and people. Participants also gain access to an online, searchable database that allows for even more customized analysis, narrowing comparisons based on similar size, region and business sector.
The report is available for purchase on the PHTA website for nonparticipants. Survey participants can access the full report and their personalized CPR for free by logging into the PHTA research portal.
