PHTA calls for Board of Directors nominations

Nominate yourself or someone deserving by June 1, 2022

PHTA is looking for committed individuals to guide the organization through today’s challenges and tomorrow’s opportunities on the PHTA Board of Directors. Whether you’re nominating yourself or a colleague, having a strong board that represents the different segments of the industry is key to long-term success and advancing the industry.

Serving as a board member gives you the opportunity to expand your professional network and be an advocate for the pool and hot tub industry. Each appointment is for two years and begins in conjunction with the Pool | Spa | Patio Expo, which takes place in November.

The PHTA Board currently comprises 13 members. Board nominee criteria include:

- Sponsor -
  • Active PHTA Membership
  • Strategic thinker, with demonstrated experience
  • Positive leadership attributes, emotional intelligence and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Demonstrated commitment and involvement with PHTA
  • Recognized efforts/leadership within the pool and hot tub industry
  • Brings diversity of perspectives on the board (e.g., geographic diversity, business type, business size, etc.)
  • Commitment to fully and actively participate in three to four board meetings a year and actively engage in our committees and councils
