Matt Lopez was an outsider in the pool industry, manufacturing and marketing products for the landscaping industry, until he and his business partner, Dave Sargent, identified a need for a higher-quality portable pool vacuum system. Since launching in 2017, he and Sargent continue to listen and evolve their product based on customer feedback, and are committed “to bringing our customers the best customer service not just in the pool industry, but in any industry,” Lopez says. In fact, the company has gone so far as to fix a unit that was dragged down the highway for free. “He started crying on the phone when I told him, because he had spent every last penny on starting his company,” Lopez says of that customer.
“I hope to continue to push our company forward and design more tools to help the pool service community get through their day faster and easier,” Lopez says. “We will always strive to bring our customers unrivaled customer service, no matter what.”
