Alan Wiles, 35

Alan Wiles was looking to get out of retail when the opportunity to join his sister, Ana Manning, at Manning Pool Service came along. Now he works alongside her, his brother-in-law and his brother. He started as a maintenance technician, and has risen up to salaried maintenance manager.

In his role, Wiles says staying up to date with new technology is key. He’s committed to MPS and hopes to eventually retire with the company. “There are many goals I share with my cohorts,” he says, “that we are striving toward accomplishing.”
