Justin Gormley was drawn into the industry by Hal Denbar, the leader of National Pool Partners, who has a clear vision of raising the standards and reputation of the pool industry; Gormley was eager to be a part of this transformative experience.

Gormley relishes improving daily operations and processes in his position.

“I have been extremely impressed with the level of talent I have encountered in this industry, and that gets me very excited for the future,” he says.

Gormley envisions contributing to the pool industry beyond NPP, aiming to uplift all individuals and businesses. He sees a future where the pool industry is recognized for its professionalism, high standards and collective success.

“Not being from the industry originally, I want to be remembered for challenging the status quo and helping people and businesses achieve levels of success they didn’t think were possible,” he says.

He took my friend along for a day, and soon after, we placed an ad in the Pennysaver and started acquiring pool service accounts.”
