    For Andrew Kroncke, what started as a college summer job on the factory floor at Midwest Canvas grew into a full-fledged career. His first tasks were making solar covers, boxing products and loading trucks. Over the years, his responsibilities expanded to include managing production facilities, purchasing raw materials and overseeing trucking. That wide-ranging exposure taught him how to navigate nearly every aspect of the business.

Starting on the Hayward Rewards team as a channel marketing coordinator, she proved herself as someone eager to listen to pool professionals and implement meaningful changes.

    For Maddy Vandiver, pools have always felt like home. A competitive swimmer in her youth, her first jobs in the industry were as a lifeguard, swim instructor and coach. That early connection to the water eventually led her to the service side of the business, where she found her true calling.

    At 17, Jackson Scott began as a pool tech assistant in his family’s company, AquaBliss Pool Services, founded by his father, Ken Scott. Over the years, he gained experience across nearly every aspect of the business, from residential service and repairs to commercial accounts, construction, finishing and start-ups. By 22, his dedication had earned him the title of vice president.

  • Moses Campos, 38

    Before Moses Campos worked as a start-up technician and weekly maintenance tech at Southernwind Pools in McKinney, Texas, he was a graphic designer for small companies and ad agencies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. With this background, the idea of creating backyard spaces appealed to him. After his hard work was noticed, he was moved into a design role within his first year. Campos learned construction practices and Pool Studio under the guidance of the general manager, who valued his creative vision. This opportunity allowed him to excel in sales, where his innovative approach and attention to detail propelled him to become a top salesperson.
