Rosenberger started in the pool industry as the general manager at Pennsylvania-based Fronheiser Pools, where he got to experience all the industry had to offer from retail, sales, marketing, service and hot tub deliveries. “While working at Fronheiser Pools, I helped bring in new products and introduce a CRM system with email automation campaigns, which greatly helped with communication and increased sales,” Rosenberger says.
Still in the industry, today he works for The Get Smart Group, a marketing company that focuses on the pool and spa industries. “I will be winding down with my role as an account executive and focusing more on business development, working with industry reps and buying groups to provide better service to the industry,” Rosenberger says. “My hope for the future is to continue to develop new resources and tools that will make everyone in the industry more successful in what they do, especially when it comes to education regarding future pool and hot tub purchasers.”
