When Ryan Morson graduated from college in the middle of the recession, he had little to show on his resume other than a bachelor’s degree and pool experience. “I had a college summer job working for Splash Pool Management in Dallas, Georgia,” Morson says. While maybe not the job he had in mind, his experience was a perfect fit for PoolCorp’s MIT program. After completing the program, he worked as an outside sales representative for PoolCorp in Georgia and Alabama for three years before joining Hayward.
“I would like to continue to participate in educating the trade on best practices and approaches to new innovative ideas,” Morson says. This year, he was promoted to southeast regional sales manager for Hayward.
