JC Rodriguez was uninterested in being involved in his father’s pool business, Silver Springs, in El Paso, Texas. But he eventually started working as a pool designer and “quickly found out the industry ran in my blood,” he says. In addition to designing pools, he’s also worked as a construction supervisor and sales rep for Silver Springs.
Now Rodriguez and his wife, Daniella, are making their own mark on the industry, opening Element Pool Company in San Antonio. “We are heavily focused on growing in San Antonio,” Rodriguez says. “We hope to start getting more residential projects and continue building our relationships with general contractors for commercial jobs. We have a long track record of amazing projects.”
