When Max Brown joined the pool industry, he says he was just cleaning pools on a surface level. Thanks to getting more experience, certifications and on-the-job-training, he now feels he’s on the way to a professional career and trade. 

“I really enjoy being able to fix a headache for a customer and seeing them genuinely happy that you’re able to help them,” Brown says.

He hopes to keep helping the team at The Pool Boys grow, and eventually manage a full route himself. “I enjoy managing people and teaching them how to be professional in the pool industry,” he says. “The perception of the pool industry has never been great. I would like to show people that we are professional and knowledgeable just like any other trade.”
